Pretty harsh on the student section there. I always feel the alumni are the ones who are reluctant to stand up during a crucial 3rd (or 4th) down.
And as for the people leaving, there will always be students who leave, but for the most part, I'm impressed with how they've stuck around, which is more than the fans from the past few years did.

Alumni have gotten a little better, and they were louder than usual. But the chants and enthusiasm from the Student Section were distinctly muffled. You could tell that the start of the game really took the fire out of them--they were just waiting for the game to end so they could get to partying/whatever.
I'm a little distressed--for Oregon last year we kept the fire stoking for 4 quarters. Nothing burning quite yet.
